HOW TO REMOVE THE FIBRIN CLOT
The PV200R blood tube for preparation of a CGF fibrin clot. How best to loosen the fibrin clot seal without damaging the clot. To remove the clot that attaches to the inside of the blood tube, you can use tweezers, opening these tweezers and twisting around the clot against the inside will loosen the clot. You can also use a spatula to loosen the attachment.
This will release the clot from the glass and the tube can either be emptied or the clot can be taken out of the tube with the tweezers.
Never remove the clot from the blood tube with tweezers without releasing the suture beforehand, you will destroy the CGF fibrin clot.
